Six questions. One honest read.

Your assessment: High-value asset
You are the kind of asset a sponsor should already be paying for.
Your tier, how far along you are and how quickly you want to move all point the same way. The gap is not your value. It is that nobody has put a defensible number on it and taken it to the right buyers.
- A valuation you can defendAudience, results, market and category fit turned into a number, so you walk into the room already knowing it.
- A shortlist of buyers with a reason to say yesTargeted approaches to categories that should be in badminton and are not, rather than a deck sent to fifty companies.
- Terms that survive your calendarFees, exclusivity, appearance days and renewal negotiated around your season rather than on top of it.
We prioritise these. Expect a reply inside one working day.
Your assessment: Ready for sponsors
You are ready to be sold properly, once somebody does the groundwork.
There is something real here to sell. What is missing is the unglamorous part: an inventory written down, a price you can hold, and an approach to people who actually buy in your category.
- An inventory nobody has written downWhat you actually control, listed and priced, rather than a banner and a hope.
- A package a marketing budget can approveSomething a buyer can spend against, instead of a request for support.
- A realistic first target listTwo or three categories where your audience is the one they are already trying to reach.
We reply to these within one to two working days.
Your assessment: Not yet ready
Honest answer: not yet. That is not the same as no.
On what you have told us, a sponsorship conversation now would probably waste your time and end in a number you would not like. That usually changes faster than people expect, and it is worth knowing what would change it.
- What is actually missingUsually one of three things: audience, results, or something a buyer can point at. We will tell you which.
- What to do in the meantimeThe things worth building now so that this question has a different answer in a year.
- When to come backA specific trigger rather than a vague invitation, so you are not guessing.
Send it anyway if you want the detail. We answer these too, and we will be straight with you.
Your assessment: High readiness
You are ready to buy, and badminton is still priced as though nobody has noticed.
You know what you want, you are already moving, and you understand what sport can do commercially. That combination is rare, and it is the one where the underpricing in this sport is worth the most to you.
- The outcome first, the inventory secondWhat you are trying to achieve commercially, then the rights that serve it. Starting from available inventory is how brands buy logo positions they cannot use.
- A realistic read on cost and reachWhat things have actually sold for, not what a rate card claims.
- Measurement agreed before signingReported against the outcome set at the start, even when the number is less flattering than impressions would be.
We prioritise these. Expect a reply inside one working day.
Your assessment: Medium readiness
The appetite is there. The groundwork is not, yet.
You are interested and the budget conversation is real, but there is a step missing before spending would be sensible. Usually it is the outcome, and sometimes it is knowing what badminton can and cannot do for your category.
- The commercial question underneathWhat you actually need the sponsorship to change. Awareness, consideration, distribution or hiring are four different briefs.
- Whether badminton is the right leverWe will say no if it is not. We would rather lose the fee than sell you the wrong audience.
- What a first programme would costA range grounded in comparable deals, so you can take a real number into a budget meeting.
We reply to these within one to two working days.
Your assessment: Low readiness
Before you spend anything, there is a question worth answering first.
On what you have told us, a sponsorship would be a purchase looking for a reason. That is the most common way marketing budgets get wasted in sport, and it is avoidable in one conversation.
- What you want to be true in twelve monthsThe commercial outcome, not the activity. Everything else follows from it.
- Whether sport is the right route at allSometimes it is not, and we will tell you. A short honest answer costs you nothing.
- What it would take to be readyIf badminton is right but the timing is not, we will say when to come back and why.
Send it anyway if you want the honest read. We answer these too.
